If you're looking for a housing deal, you might be in luck. Unfortunately for me, I live in the only state where home sales actually increased. I'm looking for a house with a little more room but it looks like I'll have to spend double what my current house cost to get a decent place.

I'm not sure if it's wrong to hope for a real estate crisis but I'm sitting on a lot of cash that's doing very little for me. A slow real estate market would really be advantageous for me right now.
